Lisa has studied and trained in Co-Active Coaching with The Coaches Training Institute, The Art & Science of Coaching with Erickson Coaching International, The Landmark Forum, Advanced Client Systems with Steve Chandler and the CFJ Coaching Success School with Carolyn Freyer-Jones. She is a certified practitioner in Neurolinguistic programming (NLP), is an advanced practitioner in the 3-principles with Dr Aaron Turner of One Thought Solutions. She holds a level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management accredited by the CIPD and graduated in Business with honours from Anglia Ruskin University.

Over the past 6 years she has invested significantly in her own coaching and has traveled across the globe to learn from and work with some of the best in the business. Her coaches include JP Morgan, Steve Hardison, Gary Mahler, Carolyn Freyer-Jones, Dicken Bettinger, Melissa Black-Ford, Aila Hale Coats, Nicola Bird and Michael Serwa. Lisa has attended Rich Litvin intensives, Michael Neill Mastery Programmes and Byron Katie’s school of The Work.

Lisa’s clients include corporate executives, business owners, law and finance professionals, health experts, account directors, creatives, coaches and many more.

Lisa was born in the UK and has lived, worked and studied in New Zealand, Australia and Canada. She has a love for travel and experiencing new cultures and is now based out of Glasgow and Vancouver.

You might be wondering what my I AM statement is?

Here, I share in my own words, what it is for me and why it matters.

It is a way of intentionally leaning into a way of being in my life. A way of being that I connect to daily, to commence my day, and often at times during the day when I forget, and need a reminder. Whilst there are times in my life where my I AM’s remain the same, there are often times where I refresh and update them, depending on what is present in my life and what I am creating. It is a daily practice to connect with them. It is a tool I use to reconnect to myself and my greatest capacity in any moment when the doubt creeps in or when things feel tough or beyond me. More importantly, it is a place I come FROM inside of me.

To play at my edges I connect with these statements, to remind me of who I AM. To invite me in that moment to BE who I AM. To live my statements. My vision is to make a significant contribution to this world. I have ideas that many years ago would not have felt possible for me to create. I am an ordinary girl from the north of England. Creating extra-ordinary things through a deep determination to make my life count, and to make a difference in whatever time I have here.

My I AM’s are a way of being in a state of conscious leadership that keep me on the path towards my mission, regardless of what is happening on the outside or how I am feeling on the inside.
