I created Finish High, Start Strong because I watched too many brilliant people - smart, capable, ambitious - drift through quarter after quarter with half-finished goals and good intentions. Not because they didn't know what to do, but because they didn't have a structure keeping them honest, focused and moving forward. I am one of those who truly appreciate the power of a community to up-level productivity, and there's many others like me!
I've run multiple cycles of this programme and the pattern is always the same: people show up thinking they need motivation, and they leave realising they just needed a room that wouldn't let them hide.
